Annual On-site Maintenance:

1. Each door is trip tested from the fusible link line to check proper closure.
2. All pulleys, rails, and mechanisms are inspected for damage.
3. Door is reset and adjusted into the open position.
4. Old or painted fusible links will be replaced.
