Industry Experience Preferred but NOT Required!
Aidant will Provide Training in Fire Protection Equipment & Systems.

responsibilities include:

  • Performance of periodic inspections and preventative maintenance services on Automatic Sprinkler & Fire Alarm Systems.
  • Communicate with customers to assure any system deficiencies are promptly reported and corrected.
  • Document time worked and all paperwork relating to assigned tasks in a timely manner.
  • Keep informed of new products, fire codes and developments.

skills & requirements

  • Previous related experience in a technical or mechanical field preferred.
  • Backflow certified for testing and repair a plus.
  • Positive customer service attitude and people skills.
  • Working knowledge of Fire Sprinkler and/or Fire Alarm Systems.
  • Experience in the field of testing, inspecting and performing maintenance on wet and dry fire sprinkler systems and backflow.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills.
  • Must be a Non-Smoker with a Clean-Cut Appearance and a Positive Attitude.
  • Possess a valid driver"s license and Good Driving Record.
  • Ability to work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions such as working within ducts, crawl spaces, climbing a ladder, high lift equipment, etc.
